Broadview Animal Hospital, Somersworth, NH (Winner of an ABC Excellence in Construction award) Fit up of an addition to existing facility, encompassing six exam rooms, four medical procedure rooms, two utility rooms, library and Doctor write up area. Project features a new waiting area with custom reception desk and display casework. Fit up includes running trim for all windows, door jambs, and wainscot for front hallways. Chamberlain Companies was closely involved in design selections with owner and general contractor, and developed shop drawings directly from owner's sketches. |

Derry Medical Center With Kelly Construction. Multiple tenant fit out for three story new medical office building. Each tenant had its individual interior design scheme. This project utilized all melamine cabinets in one of four colors, with custom selected plastic laminate counter tops and transaction surfaces. Several tenants did some higher end wood veneer architectural millwork, and we did an optical store fit out. |

Riverside Medical, Nashua, NH With Dignard Architectural Services and Harvey Construction. Another multiple tenant building, with each tenant having distinct color scheme. We fit out this project using an all melamine cabinet, with three MM edge banding, and the same color inside and out of the cabinets. Tight schedule, no problem. |

FMS of Methuen With RC Griffin. Casework for dialysis center. Removable face panels, counter tops over dialysis treatment equipment to create patient modules. We also manufactured medical casework, nurses stations, reception desk and trim for waiting areas. Materials included hardwoods, veneers, shop finishes, plastic laminate and solid surface counter tops, plastic laminate exterior, melamine interior cabinetry. |

Stylized custom curved wood veneer check in / check out desk with bisecting glazed wood partitions, integral soffit, wood veneer lobby paneling system. Wainscot and hardwood framed borrowed light system at entry corridor. Nurse stations, drug storage units, exam rooms. |

Webster Medical, Webster, MA Project encompases the fit-out of a new medical facility of 22,000 square feet. Includes three nurses stations, lab and examination room casework. Materials include plastic laminate for exteriors, melamine for interiors, and plastic laminate counter tops. |

Southern New Hampshire Medical Center 4th floor: Contracted to renovate a 4th floor medical space. Project features a custom nurses station with integrated storage cabinets, and counters of plastic laminate with oak trim. We constructed and prepared glazing jambs prior to glazing subcontractor's installation. The installed oak materials wear shop finishes. |
